The Delphi family story began in 1960 on Goodge Street, London, where Tony worked in his family’s fruit and veg store, specialising in produce from Greece and Cyprus. In 1984, Delphi officially opened and became one of the first UK producers of authentic houmous, taramosalata, and a wide range of flavourful dips and salads. Decades later, the same passion continues, with even more delicious Mediterranean flavours on the way.
