The Delphi Family Story
Delphi’s journey began in 1960 on Goodge Street, London, where Tony worked in his family’s fruit and veg store, bringing speciality produce from Greece and Cyprus to the UK. Officially founded in 1984, Delphi became one of the first UK producers of authentic houmous, taramosalata, and a wide variety of flavourful dips and salads. Today, the same family passion continues — creating delicious Mediterranean favourites with many more flavours still to come.
