Product Marketing

Red currants are brought to the boil and simmered gently. The juice and fruit are then transferred to our fruit press where it is squeezed slowly to extract the maximum amount of juice from the fruit. This distinctive jelly is just perfect to accompany roast lamb, and also makes a delicious addition to all gravies.

Where we cannot grow our own crops on our LEAF Marque accredited farm, we buy the best quality fruit from trusted sources. Our products can be found in over sixty countries across the world, and are available in fine retailers, premium hotels, and quality airlines.

Manufacturer Marketing

Our products are made in our nut free factory, to cherished recipes and are free from artificial colours and flavours. We inspect and prepare our fruit by hand then cook in small batches using traditional, copper-bottomed pans.
